會員辦法
目前於tunni官方網站購物時需註冊會員。VIP優惠辦法尚在訂定中，登入會員可留下您的消費記錄，以利未來VIP優惠實施時不會錯過資格。

運送&付款
運送方式提供宅配及便利商店取貨。
付款方式提供信用卡/網路ATM/便利商店付款代碼。

退換貨
於tunni官方網站購物之顧客，均享有7日鑑賞期(以包裹簽收日開始計算)，鑑賞期非試用期，退換貨請務必確保商品為全新狀態(僅試穿未使用、未下水)，維持完整包裝(商品、吊卡、包裝、活動贈品及單據)，否則恕不接受退換貨。

瑕疵處理
如有瑕疵問題請於3日內(以包裹簽收日開始計算)聯繫[email protected]，並附上一張或多張清晰照片，客服人員將儘速為您處理。

尺寸更換
如需進行尺寸更換請於3日內(以包裹簽收日開始計算)聯繫[email protected]，負擔寄回之運費，確認換貨商品無誤後，將會寄出更換之尺寸。

稅收和關稅
所有國際運輸均不包括稅費和關稅，客戶有責任交付可能適用的任何海關費用、稅費或關稅。我們無法計算您的訂單將產生的稅費和關稅之確切金額，費用是由目的地國家/地區直接徵收的。

注意事項
若有惡意退換貨、取消訂單或無法達成共識之溝通，賣方可視情況拒絕交易辦理。

Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
 
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
